Important Notices

Our walk-in clinics are staffed daily by one of our doctors.

Please Note: Due to unforeseen emergencies, the walk-in may be cancelled without notice. Our last patient will leave the clinic by closing time therefore we may stop taking patients prior to closing time. Please call to confirm that we are open and taking patients.

Throughout the year, some of our doctors in the clinic will be working with medical students. Participation of our patients in the educational process by allowing a supervised interaction with our trainees will be greatly appreciated.

Our physicians are only able to address two problems per visit. If you have multiple complaints, you will be asked to book another appointment.

Holiday hours will be posted at our location and recorded on our telephone system.

Our location is beside a pharmacy where you can have your prescriptions filled quickly and easily.

If you are having trouble finding a doctor taking new patients, please check our Doctors page.

Infection Control

We want you to be comfortable knowing we are using all steps necessary to ensure that your visit is a safe one. We adhere to “universal precautions”, meaning that we use the same protective measures with every patient to prevent transmission of infectious diseases. All non-disposable instruments are scrubbed and disinfected. Your health is our number one concern.

Our telephones are answered from Monday to Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm. We will notify you of any abnormal lab or x-ray results.

Telephone/Emergency/After Hours Care

If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go directly to Kelowna General Hospital. Otherwise, for any serious medical concerns please call the toll free BC Health line at 811 as they are trained to answer your medical concerns.

Financial Policies

It is a Medical Service Plan requirement that you present a personal CareCard at each and every visit. Charges for services not covered by MSP are the personal responsibility of the patient. Charges will be discussed before the service is rendered. We accept cash, debit and credit card payments. Payment is due in full at the time of treatment. We will be happy to discuss all fees and answer any questions you may have regarding our services.

A Clinic that Cares

We are a clinic that cares and we look forward to working with you towards your optimal health.
